Creative Notes:
Fire polished beads come in a beautiful array of colours with interesting shapes, effects and overlays. One of the overlays I am particularly fond of is called Picasso and it adds a semi translucent green to brown mottling effect which gives it an old world look.
For today’s prompt of Moss I started with the glass teardrops in turquoise/green with a mossy green Picasso finish. I wire wrapped these briolette beads with brass wire and then added a trio of turquoise and olive green tiny beads. Completed with modern brass earwires.

These earrings are part of a project I did to get me through the winter of 2024. A daily Creative Project based on a published word prompt.It was an incredible way to wake up my creativity ina typically dreary time of year. It became such a joy to stretch my creativity, try new things and even go back to some of my older designs. I hope you love it too. xo Nancy.
